Important Online Booking Information

• If you are an existing NHS patient, you can book your dental examination with your usual dentist. This booking facility is for NHS patients only.
• Please kindly ensure you select your correct clinician when booking online. Appointments booked with the wrong dentist may unfortunately need to be rescheduled, and we cannot guarantee that incorrectly booked appointments will be honoured.
• If you are unsure who your regular dentist is, please do not proceed with online booking. Contact the practice by phone or email and our team will assist you in arranging your appointment with the appropriate clinician.
• Private Patients and Denplan Patients
  If you would like to book an appointment for a private dental appointment, or if you a member of Denplan, please do not use this facility to book. Instead, please either phone or email and we will be happy to make the booking for you.

How to enter your patient details

• When booking online, please enter your personal details exactly as they are recorded on our system (including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact information).
• Entering details differently (for example shortened names, alternative spellings, or a different email address) may create a duplicate patient record. Duplicate records can delay confirmation of your appointment and may require us to contact you before your booking can be finalised.
• If you are unsure how your details are recorded, please contact the practice and we will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

• We kindly ask that patients provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for an appointment.
• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restrictions on future bookings or removal from our patient list in exceptional circumstances
• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this occurs, please contact the practice as soon as possible.
